Orders & Shipping
1. How long is the processing time?
We aim to process and prepare all orders within 1–5 business days.
Many orders are processed sooner, but during busy periods such as promotions, holidays, or peak seasons, additional processing time may be required.
2. General Delivery Information
Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 1–5 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is therefore usually 2–10 business days.
3. When will I get my money back?
After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
4. What are the conditions for a return?
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and returned in the same condition in which it was received. Make sure it is properly packed to avoid damage during transportation.
5. Will my entire order arrive in one package?
Depending on inventory availability and warehouse locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
If this occurs, packages may arrive 1–2 days apart.
6. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using our "Track My Order" page.
Simply enter your tracking number to view the latest shipping updates.

Returns & Refunds
7. What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — unless the item arrived defective, in which case we cover the return shipping.
8. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize if your order did not arrive in perfect condition.
Please contact us at contact@zaluvio.com with your name, order number, and photographs of the damaged item.
9. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. The amount goes back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's done.
10. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We don't offer direct size or color exchanges. To get a different option, return your original order for a refund (within 30 days, unused and in original packaging) and place a new order. If your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. All payments are processed via Shopify's SSL-encrypted checkout.
12. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions go through Shopify's SSL-encrypted checkout — we never see or store your full card details. Look for the padlock icon in your browser address bar at checkout for confirmation.

13. What data do you collect when I visit the site?
