There’s a brief shedding phase during the first week — brush or vacuum twice on low-pile setting and it calms down. After that, the tightly twisted fibers stay locked in. Tested with cats and black leggings.
Which size suits my room?
General rule: for a living room, let the rug tuck under the front legs of your sofa — 140×200 cm or 160×230 cm fits best. For a queen bed, choose 160×230 cm. For nurseries or reading nooks, 80×160 cm is ideal.
Does it really stay put on hardwood?
Absolutely. The felt backing is covered with dense grip dots across the entire underside — no pad necessary. If the edges curl because it’s larger than your space, weigh down with furniture or carefully trim with scissors.
Will machine washing damage the pile?
